When Celebrities Start Yelling!
Christian Bale recently got into an argument with the Director of Photography on the set of his new movie Terminator Savation. I'm not exactly sure what happened but there was a lot of cursing and threats that the DP will lose his job.
Some people say that the DP distracted the method actor while he was in the moment of the scene. The reactions are split. Most people are blaming Bale for being just another temper-tantrum-throwing bratty movie star. Others are saying that this is not really an isssue since the DP wasn't fired and the crew kept working for another seven hours.
I really respect Christian Bale--I've even submitted American Psycho to the Catholic Church as proof that he needs to be a saint--but I don't think there's any reason why there should be yelling and cursing in a professional setting. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe the DP did take him out of a crucial emotion for the scene, who knows? Will this stop me from seeing his movie? No. And I'm writing yet another letter to the Catholic Church.

girls pms and guys are temperamental sometimes... i don't get why people are making a big deal out of christian bale. he could've been in a bad mood, had a bad day, was under a lot of pressure, or was stressed out. a lot of people would have reacted in a similar way if they were irritated by someone too under the previously named conditions.
one side of me: we all yell, curse and throw temper tantrums and celebrities are no different. stop expecting celebrities to be angels and saints cause their not, their normal everyday people who have anger, stress and pressure. as long as hes a good actor and makes good movies it shouldnt be a problem. other side of me: on the flip side, he should learn to control his temper. attend anger management classes or something cause hes a "celebrity" and everything celebrities do (good, bad, small, big) will be a "big thing" taken out of porportion and blown up. wait...did i just contradict myself...
if they start throwing things at people or hurting other people than its a totally different story. he just had a potty mouth day.
We all have our tantrums. Some in our heads, some verbally. I kinda find his rant funny... It's completely off the handle. Maybe he was in the 'zone' and because this guy distracted him he went nuts. Fair enough. Just not to the extent he did. He's apologised. It's over. They're still filming. Who cares?

The dude had a bad day and even apologized to the guy and they were cool with each other that same day, long before the clip was released. people need to let this go.
I think them yelling like that is ridiculous but I wasn't there so I can really say anything. If they are crazy and super diva, I don't support their movies/albums because they just need to get out of the spotlight..otherwise I will see their movies most definitely!
Personally, I'm just sitting over here with Bale Out Remix (warning: LANGUAGE) on repeat, staying neutral on the matter. It's just another celebrity throwing another fit. I'm still looking forward to seeing the new Terminator.
