Is there an Idol judge whose opinions you agree with most of the time? Who's usually the furthest off in his or her critiques?

simon and randy have the best critiques because they never are all, "oh, you look gorgeous!" like paula and kara. i think kara should just go. she shouldn't be on the show.
I agree with Simon most of the time. Randy can sometimes get on my nerves with his, "yo dawg", but I like his opinion on some people, too.
Paula is a joke.
I like that Simon is brutally honest, but there are times when his opinion clash with mine. Randy seems fair, but he can be too nice, sometimes. We all know how Paula critiques (not that she's terrible, but there's a limit to sugar-coating). Kara...Never mind.

why is kara even on the show...she gives me a vibe and its not a good one. no judge should call another person the B word...when your mic is open and your on national tv.
simon is ok. he gives honest opinions even though some might think its negative criticism but depends on how you see it. sometimes negativity is good.
paula is ok. shes the one that has actual singing experience so she knows what its like in the singing business even though i wish they would add someone whose a current singer. paula is so 80s-early 90s (no offense though) at least shes nice.
dont know much about randy. hes like the humblest of the 4. i could see why their all needed. they even out pretty well and each judge has their own personality and they bring that into the judging.
I don't watch American Idol that much, but I think that Simon is the best. It seems like Randy is just a broken record with his slang and Paula tries to fall back on looks and appearance to make the contestant feel better for having a horrid voice.
Simon can be a jerk, but he's a jerk who knows what he's talking about. Don't be fooled by his Hanes T-shirts - this guy knows what's up.
Simon, definitely. I'm getting horribly SICK AND TIRED of the Paula, Simon Bullsh*t. I think Kara should replace Paula and cut her critics in half. Randy needs to stop with the "Yo dawg check it out" crap, too.

Simon tries too hard to be mean when they are really some good singers out there. Sometimes he will diss someone off because of their appearance, so I don't always agree with her. Paula is too nice at times, and puts people in just because she feels "sorry." That Karla girl or w.e the hell her name is ...yea idk. She should just leave.

Simon is th eonly person on these panel shows who I take any notice of. For all that he can come accross as a big headed pratt he knows what he's talking about, he sees success. When the camera is on him as he watches a performance, you can almost see his brain working of how he could market the act infront of him. Also you can usually see when his eyes light up at the thought of the act making him money! I don't watch the american idol show, mainly because i don't like the other judges except maybe for Randy.
I've come to respect Cowell's opinion, I never used to like the guy but he's proven himself in his proffession and though can be cutting and critical alot of the time, his opinion is usually highly regarded by people and if they take it on board and use his advice, tend to win him over. I think perhaps the Brits respect his word more than the yanks though.
