Miss SMy freshman year in college I was introduced to Dane Cook. Since then, I've never seen comedy the same way again. The man is HILARIOUS! He acts out every single one of his jokes in the greatest detail and never stands still. It's great! He gets really into what he says and does.
I've also seen him live - needless to say, I was in tears from laughter. My favorite joke is the one about the Kool-Aid man - check it out.

I love Dane Cook, as a comedian and an actor :)
I find him to be boring and predictable. His comedy isn't clever. He just yells and says profane things. Not really breaking in to new ground there. But to each his own.
He's not funny.
I like him a lot, and prefer him as a comedian as well. My brother and his girlfriend just saw him live recently, and I'm so jealous!
After watching that Kool Aid video, to give it a chance, I am further convinced that Dane Cook will never make me laugh. I think it's great you love him and all, but really, I'd recommend Russell Brand, Russell Peters, Jonathan Ross, and Rhys Darby - just to name a few.
Dane Cook sucks.

In one video, he stated "even God wouldn't have come up with this joke", and then when he told it, I was wondering WHEN DOES HE GET FUNNY?

I love Dane Cook! He is awesome as a comedian and he acts well also.
I can't stand his stuffy nosed voice. he needs to clear up his sinuses first or else I'm not listening to his frat boy jokes. I prefer dennis miller, mike birbligia, harland williams, jack black, and oprah is not a comedian but she still makes me laugh.

Dane is hilarious. His jokes go from so vulgar to making a point. My favorite is the Atheist joke from Vicious Circle.
He used to have a decent act, I really don't think he's capable of writing his own material. Like most comics, he steals from others. If you liked him years ago, have a look at Daniel Tosh, similar style, just 10x better.
